Polyend Endless

The Polyend Endless is a highly customisable multi-effects pedal designed to go beyond the limitations of conventional stompboxes. Instead of being restricted to a fixed set of effects, Endless lets you load existing algorithms, download creations from its growing community library, or develop entirely new effects using Polyend's Playground platform. By describing a sound in natural language, you can generate custom effects without writing code, ranging from multiband distortion and tape-style delays to granular textures, glitch processing, pitch-shifting sequences and experimental modulation. For users with programming experience, an open-source C++ development kit provides an alternative way to build bespoke DSP algorithms. Effects are transferred directly to the pedal via USB-C, giving you a continually expandable platform for sound design, studio production and live performance.

At its core, Endless features a 48 kHz / 24-bit stereo signal path, a 720 MHz ARM Cortex-M7 processor and configurable routing for stereo, mono or mono-to-stereo operation. Three assignable control knobs and two footswitches provide hands-on control, while a TRS expression input allows compatible expression pedals to control parameters in real time. Its custom-machined aluminium enclosure features a magnetic, interchangeable faceplate, and the compact design makes it easy to integrate into a pedalboard or electronic music setup. The pedal supports 9–12V DC power at 200 mA and connects to a computer through USB-C for loading effects. With a library that continues to grow and the ability to create entirely new algorithms, the Polyend Endless is a versatile tool for guitarists, producers and sound designers looking to explore sounds beyond the boundaries of traditional effects pedals.
