It features a mahogany neck with a rosewood fingerboard, along with a bone nut and saddle to support clean note definition and consistent feel. The 25.6 inch scale length adds a touch more string tension, which helps with clarity and projection.
For amplified use, the built-in Fishman PSY-201 preamp system provides a straightforward way to bring the guitar’s natural tone to a PA or amp. The cutaway body shape makes upper-fret access practical, so the A-17 GA CEH works well both unplugged and on stage.
