This Eastman Kauffmann Offset Classic is a custom-built guitar, made specifically for our store and finished in an extreme relic style. It is part of the collaboration between Eastman Guitars and Dutch luthier and finish specialist Albert Kauffmann.
Each Kauffmann model is hand built in Holland using traditional guitar-building methods, with great attention to tone, feel, and playability. The extreme relic finish is applied by hand and carefully aged to recreate the look and feel of a heavily played vintage offset guitar. Every detail, from worn edges to aged hardware, adds to the character of the instrument, and no two guitars are exactly the same.
The thin, worn-in finish and comfortable neck make this guitar feel familiar from the first moment you pick it up, while still offering the reliability of a modern instrument.
