Alvarez RF26OM

The Alvarez RF26 is a Folk/OM-style acoustic guitar from Alvarez’s Regent Series, designed as a compact and comfortable alternative to a full-size dreadnought. It features a spruce top with African mahogany back and sides, producing a balanced, responsive tone with clear highs, warm mids and enough low-end presence for strumming. The smaller Folk/OM body is particularly comfortable for seated playing and well suited to both fingerpicking and lighter strumming. Its Standard Scalloped X bracing helps the top respond dynamically, while the natural high-gloss finish and ivory ABS binding give the RF26 a clean, traditional appearance.

The RF26 combines a mahogany neck with a satin finish, a Techwood fingerboard and bridge, and a 43 mm (1 11/16") nut width. Its 25" scale length and slightly slimmer neck profile make it comfortable to hold and fret, while the dovetail neck joint and 14th-fret neck-to-body connection provide a traditional construction. Other appointments include PPS synthetic bone nut and saddle, chrome die-cast tuners and 20 frets.
