Alvarez RF26CE

The Alvarez RF26CE is a Folk/OM-style acoustic-electric from Alvarez’s Regent Series, offering a compact body shape with a balanced and versatile acoustic voice. Its spruce top and African mahogany back and sides provide a clear, warm tone with good projection, while the Standard Scalloped X bracing helps the soundboard respond dynamically to both light fingerpicking and stronger strumming. The smaller Folk/OM body is comfortable to play while still providing plenty of volume, and the natural gloss finish, ivory ABS binding and classic Alvarez styling give it a clean, traditional appearance.

The RF26CE is equipped with Alvarez's SYS250 pickup and EQ system with built-in tuner, making it ready for amplification as well as unplugged playing. It features a mahogany neck with satin finish, Techwood fingerboard and bridge, PPS synthetic bone nut and saddle, chrome die-cast tuners, 20 frets, a 25" scale length and a 43 mm (1 11/16") nut width. The dovetail neck joint and 14th-fret neck-to-body construction follow traditional acoustic-guitar design, while the slightly slimmer neck profile makes the instrument particularly approachable for newer players. It is supplied with an Alvarez 15 mm Duo-Foam Deluxe gig bag.
